Most Frames are in Stock for immediate dispatch by TNT, some orders within M25 are by van.
In the check out process you will be asked to enter your latest acceptable delivery date. If we cannot ship by this date, you will be notified.
All Deliveries MUST be signed for so please give delivery addresses where a person can sign for your order in normal working hours.

What is your typical Delivery Time ?
If a product on the website states 'immediate delivery. Most orders placed by noon will be dispatched that day or following day. When ordering you will be asked to give your latest acceptable delivery date , if this is not acceptable you will be refunded and your order cancelled.
Do you deliver to any address ?

How are frames measured ?
By the 'size' is the size of the piece of glass which fits in it. So - if you can fit a piece of glass 70 x 100cm into a frame you can also fit a poster 70 x 100cm.
Are the frames complete ?
YES. All frames arrive ready to hang on the wall or in smaller sizes , to stand or hang ( a strutback) - THERE IS NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
Do you do a 'price promise'?
YES. In most cases when you add up the cost of delivery with our competitors , you will save around 20% from buying from the framer.co.uk. However , if you wish to forward any previous invoice or receipt for goods purchased we can normally beat this by at least 10% , same for any faxed written quotation . Please always remember our frames are the best quality , as manufactured or specified by the largest framing company in the world , Nielsen- Bainbridge.
Where are your frames made?
Our frames are made in the UK, Germany and Eastern Europe to extremely high standards , only approximately 3% of our frames are made in China ( some sizes of clip frames ).
Can we buy your frames from shops?
YES. You may recognize our frames as those you see in High Street Stores , usually the only difference is the frames may have a different brand name and be 50-100% more expensive.
I can't see the size frame I need can you help?
YES. Visit our Made-to-Measure section - the most efficient online framing system in the world , as designed and specified by the staff of theframer.co.uk and continually improved since e-commerce commenced in 2000.
Do you have my item in stock?
YES- 97% of the time.
Our frames are shipped from the largest frame warehouse in London and supplemented by supplies from huge external warehouses in UK and Europe.
Does the frame have glass?
All products specify if glass or plastic glass is used.
What is plastic glass like?
Our Crystal Clear UV-Protecting Plastic glass arrives protected on both sides by plastic film , once removed your poster or certificate is protected. Avoid vigorous cleaning , simply wipe with a light damp duster . If you prefer glass , choose from our glass frames or replace the plastic glass supplied at your local glazier. Remember that glass breaks and can be dangerous - consider your Health and Safety Issues and like most major Hotel Groups and Educational Institutions , choose Plastic Glass.
Can we have a sample?
YES, of course! Order any product from us , and if not entirely happy simply e-mail us , we will forward a return code and address , and on safe receipt , credit you with the purchase price of the product.
